Yes, FriendRunner can support Flash if that's something you need. There are 2 ways we can do this. First, we can work with a system like BrowserMob that allows you to control real browsers which have Flash clients embedded in them. If you're able to write a load test script with BrowserMob, then you can easily use it with FriendRunner.

Alternatively, some people choose to write a small component to "fake out" the Flash functionality. In other words, this component would issue the HTTP requests that the Flash component normally would without requiring a full Flash client. The value of doing things this way is that if you can do it, it can be very lightweight. thereby saving loads of computational cycles and hence money.

Hi,

Does the latest version of Friendrunner currently support flash? If not when do you expect to implement it?

Regards,
Ben

Correct!

I was actually thinking that Feynman spent some time painting the walls at Thinking Machines, but that neural nets thing is acceptable too.

facebook and Pocket Life (www.pocketlife.com) just launched a deep geo integration with facebooks API: simply install the “Pocket Life for facebook” app on http://bit.ly/cU2CBJ and use Pocket Life to share your real time location on your facebook profile. Also every status update from Pocket Life will be geo-tagged and posted on your facebook profile so that friends will see it in their news feed. Check the Pocket Life blog for details (http://blog.pocketlife.com/blog/index.php).
