Testing Facebook Connect applications
In contrast to Canvas applications, which appear as a seamless part of Facebook, Connect applications are regular Web apps that:
- Support using Facebook user authentication on your Web site.
- Enable your Web site to access all Facebook goodies (such as friends, pictures, notifications, etc.) for signed-in users, just like a Canvas app.
